How can I contact you about my order, or for other questions? 

 The fastest way to get a response is to DM us on instagram @bubblegumthebrand, you can alternately send us an email to bubblegumthebrand@gmail.com

We will reply to you within 12 hours via DM or 48 hours on email.  

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our office in Arizona, USA

I just placed an order, how soon will It ship?

Very soon! We aim for all packages to go out within 2 business days, usually within 24 hours monday-friday

Where are your products produced?

Over 75% of our websites products are proudly produced by our private manufacturing team in Bali.

We also work with manufacturing teams in Vietnam and Guangzhou for other brand exclusive items. 

The few items not included in our “brand exclusive” category are from USA based wholesalers. 

 

 Can I cancel my order?

Your order is transferred over to our shipper directly after It is placed, there will be no refunds or cancellations accepted, no matter the reason. 

What is your return policy?

No exchanges or returns.

In the rare case that a wrong item/size was sent accidentally, or an item is found to be broken/faulty then the item can be exchanged only! Once we supply you with a prepaid return label, you have 5 days to drop It off at the post. If 5 days have passed without the label being scanned in, the return will be invalid

The buyer must send us an email or DM on instagram no later than 3 days after their orders tracking shows the package as delivered to process a return. 

The item I want is sold out, will It ever be back in stock?

If an item is still on our page, that means we plan on restocking soon! Be sure to sign up for an email restock alert on the item page so that you're notified and don't miss out upon its return

Do you carry plus sizes?

You can place an order with custom plus sizing up to XXXXL on most of the items in our brand exclusive section. To do this, simply send us a DM on instagram, pricing will be the same but there is a wait time 

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide

I haven't received my package but It shows delivered, what do I do?

Your tracking is our receipt, once It shows delivered to your address that is our proof of delivery. If you have any issues, you'll need to contact your local post office. 

My order was returned to sender, what can i do? 

We print labels directly off the website, if your order is returned to sender we can reship once to a new address with no extra charge, no refunds will be given for packages with incorrect addresses

 

What size should I choose?

 

Every item has different sizing, read the products listing to find size information 

How should i wash my bikini? 
HAND WASH EVERYTHING, especially bikinis, miniskirt sets, chap sets and anything with rhinestones!
